The first annual First Frontier Festival will bring artisans, food trucks, refreshments and great Americana music tothe outdoor stage at Altoona Pa.'s Railroaders Memorial Museum on Saturday, July 28. The event will feature local bands Railtowne (country), Mama Corn (bluegrass), The Commonheart (rock and soul) and The Hillbenders, doing a bluegrass cover of The Who's classic rock opera "Tommy." General admission tickets are $22 in advance and $25 on the day of the show. VIP tickets, which include private bathrooms, bars, lounges, special seating and a concert T-shirt, are $75 and available in advance only.
